1 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("user" or "you") of the pik ok platform and its associated services, and the organisation operating pik ok. These Terms apply to the website, mobile application and any services provided through pik ok.
The pik ok platform operates online gaming, sports betting and casino entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. It is each user's responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using the service. If you have difficulty understanding any part, please contact the site's support team.
pik ok reserves the right to cancel or suspend service to any user at any time without prior notice, particularly if a user violates these Terms.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account on pik ok, the user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must be 21 years of age or older. A person may open only one account — multiple accounts in the same person's name are not permitted under any circumstances.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If an account is created with false information, that account may be closed and any funds held in it may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the pik ok support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process may result in withdrawal access being partially or fully restricted. pik ok may request a national ID card or other identity documents when necessary.
3 Age Verification and Minor Protection
pik ok strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Users must enter their date of birth correctly at the time of registration. Supporting documents for age verification may be requested at any time.
If a user creates an account with a false age and this is later proven, all winnings earned from that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. pik ok is committed to protecting minors.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on pik ok is ৳200. Currently accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Every deposit must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made and which is registered on the account. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
4.3 Account Funds
Funds held in a user's account are kept securely by pik ok. If an account has no activity for more than 180 days, it may be marked as inactive, in which case pik ok may make decisions regarding the held funds in accordance with its own policy.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses may be used once only, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. pik ok reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, pik ok may cancel the bonus on that account and withdraw any winnings earned. Taking bonuses through multiple accounts, matched betting or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on pik ok are conducted fairly and transparently. The use of automated bots, scripts or any cheating tools in slots, live casino, cricket betting and other games is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has its own maximum and minimum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. pik ok reserves the right to adjust a user's betting limits in cases of unusual betting patterns.
6.3 Technical Issues
Bet outcomes resulting from a technical error or server problem may be considered void and the user's stake will be returned. pik ok is not liable for any potential losses caused by a technical error.
6.4 Sports Betting
pik ok's own betting rules apply to all sports betting including cricket. Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is completely illegal, and if evidence of such activity is found the account will be closed.
7 Account Closure and Restrictions
7.1 Closure by User
Any user may close their account at any time. In this case, the eligible balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method, excluding any bonuses for which the wagering requirement has not been met.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by pik ok
pik ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Providing a false identity or age
- Any form of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Direction from a court or government authority
8 Privacy and Data Protection

Strict controls are followed when sharing user information with third parties. User information is not sold or shared without authorisation except where required by law.
9 Responsible Behaviour
